New Computers

December 26, 2008

With the Holidays comes new and powerful computers. First computer all the way to seasoned, experienced users.

Depending on where you purchase the system and your level of experience will determine how satisfying the acquiring of a new system will be. Some of you may just set it up and easy on out into the super highway while others may struggle with setting it up to installing the printer to connecting to the Internet. If you purchase it at a “Super Store” their tech department may have the help you need. If you by it from a major manufacturer then help is most likely an 800 number away.

If you had the system custom built by an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) then you should have a very personal help system that came as part of the reason you bought from them.

The independent builder in most cases is out to satisfy you, his most important customer, by being your support network for the system you bought. He or she will go beyond the norm to make sure your experience with your computer is beyond satisfactory and that you spread his or her name in a very positive manner. They depend on this because they do not have the mass volume that discount and super stores have nor the volume of the major manufacturers.

So if you have that powerful new system setting on your desk or table and it is a mystery or causes stress then contact your support line or email or 800 number and insist on their support. They owe it to you for the purchase of their product.
